You must complete USEA and USEF waivers and the entry agreements and the Great Meadow Foundation waiver for your entry to be accepted. You can sign and submit all waivers via Strider using the links below and all will go directly to the secretary:

MEMBERSHIP & POINTS
For the Starter divisions: i) neither you nor your horse have to be USEA or USEF member to enter the recognized or unrecognized Starter divisions; ii) you do have to pay the USEA starter fees for the recognized Starter; iii) USEA points that go towards awards and qualifying rides for the AEC will only count for the recognized (USEA) Starter division and you and your horse would need to be USEA members.; and iv) the dressage, SJ, and XC are identical for both the recognized and unrecognized divisions.​

TENTATIVE EVENT SCHEDULE
-Training, Prelim, Modified will run Saturday; One division of Novice will run Saturday.
-Starter, Beginner Novice, Novice will run Sunday; One division of Novice will run Saturday.
-Stabling is not available for OTHT on the grounds. If you need stabling contact the secretary for possible stabling sites.

XC SCHOOLING
Great Meadow (not OTHT) will offer open XC schooling on the competition course on Tuesday, October 1st after OTHT. Great Meadow has generously donated schooling passes to OTHT Volunteers! Weather permitting. Up to Training only. See the Great Meadow Foundation site for information.
