RIDERS: We are very short for volunteers and in fact desperate and if we do not get more volunteers we are not even sure we will be able to run this horse trial. Please  contact your family, friends, grooms etc to volunteer. IF you are riding one day then volunteer the other day. We need everything from scribes, timers, discipline stewards, jump judges, shuttle drivers etc. Volunteers will get a schooling pass plus other gifts. 1) If you see an error or issue with your entry status, please email the secretary , Melinda Rozga-Moore (melrozga@gmail.com).. Some of you have issues that need to be resolved or you will not be allowed to compete (e.g. membership in USEA or USEF, Safesport). In addition to Coggins, we need the Great Meadow Foundation waiver,  the Virginia USEA-USEF waiver as well as the USEA/USEF entry agreement (see Fast Facts on this website for the links for digital electronic submission of waivers).
